Boardwalk with handicap access. We saw 2 beavers in actionat dusk. Well worth a visit. Ask a local for directions.

Very cool area

Hidden back in a resdential neighborhood, this area truly rates as a gem. A comfortable walk around a boardwalk allows you to see several habitats, including a beaver dn. We wateched the beaver working on his or her place for a while...very impressive. A

Nice little Museum

Great Currator when she asks if you want the tour say yes. She is well informed on not only the history of the GTP and CN railways but the town of Hintons history as well. My Tax dollars well spent thanks :)Awe Kim! Thank you so much for this great review

I am not a biker at all but like many people use these trails for jogging and walking. My daughter and brother in law are avid mountain bikers. They were totally impressed when they came to town and checked out the adjoining trails. My grandson (10) visit

Mountain Beauty

just off highway 40 , a rambling stream for a break or camping , with Boreal Forest all around and nestled in Mountain Peaks , a very relaxing area , watch for bears as I have seen black bears and grizzly bears at this location as well as moose and deer
