Fun place on a crummy day

The library in Truro is gorgeous. If you have kids & the weather is crappy, take them there. Very modern & cool with lots of fun spaces.

Bicentennial Botanical Garden

Dalhousie University is home to the Bicentennial Botanical Garden in Truro, Nova Scotia, named in honour of its 200th anniversary in 2018. The campus is an idyllic place to live, work, play and learn. Our gardens serve as a living laboratory for students and include a rock garden, pollinator meadow, apple orchard, herb garden and more.
