Nature at its finest

Such a great place to experience nature. We saw an owl, a buck and a herd of deer. Not to mention a group of wild turkeys. The chickadees ate from our hands /mittens while the woodpeckers sat at a safe distance waiting for their turn. The environment was

Hiking Locally

As someone who thoroughly enjoys being outside this is an amazing local option for people who enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities. Fairly safe, and all the trails are very well marked. I wouldn't recommend doing some hikes with young children though

Good for hockey/skating, swimming; restaurant slow

Quick visit

Stopped in for a quick visit on our way to Kingston. Tried 2 types (Italian and funktastic). Both delicious but different. Staff was exceptionally outgoing, chatty and knowledgeable. Limited seating but very comfortable.No food however we took subway with

We checked out this Gallery as we heard it was a really good spot for local art, etc. but were hugely disappointed. Very small and items were nothing great. I would not go back.

Great place to shop for fresh bread, local veggies and home-grown apples.

Farm shop with local vegetables, fresh baking, knitting, crafts, honey, eggs, etc. In the summer they have weekend entertainment outside, while enjoying a quick lunch or ice cream.
