A relaxing float down the Muskegon River
Long line to check in but I love the fact they drive you up river and you float back to your car at the main location. 4 hour float was perfect. Not too long nor too short. We even seen 2 bald eagles while on our trip! Down side, some other people can get a little wild on their trips. Loud music and foul language so if you take kids maybe a week day would be be best. This isn't really the fault of Wisners just how it is in that area of the river!

Amazing trip and guide
So to start off, it’s been years since we’ve fished. My husband I and fished all the time when we first started dating. Life throws you some glitches and you deal with it. My husband has had four brain surgeries and isn’t the man he was when we first started going out. Bad balance issues, punctured cornea. He is physically disabled. With all the stress in life. We decided to decompress. Fishing was always a common way of namaste (finding peace). We haven’t fished in 25 years. I wanted something different we both have always wanted to try fly fishing. We got a recommendation to try Betts guide service. Chad, the owner, was our guide. To say he was knowledgeable is an understatement. I would call him the MacDaddy of fishermen. He knew exactly where to fish. Taught us how to cast out. He was the best guide. He even offered to teach us how to filet our catch. The biggest thing I have to say is how attentive he was towards my husband. He almost fell in the water 2 times. Chad grabbed him. Made sure he was okay. Chad could have just been a business person but he was incredibly caring. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If I could give it a higher score I would. Thank you, Chad, for caring and making our trip peaceful and enjoyable. We will be back. I think we are spoiled now. We only want the best (Chad)

Excellent casual dining. Fantastic place for coffee and breakfast too. They recently added beer and cocktails. Saving grace in an otherwise culinary void

A pretty course
Played Village Green Golf Club with my grandson. A 18-hole, par-70 course with water and sand traps. Three sets of tees of 5,683, 5,246 and 4,492-yards. The course was in excellent condition and speed of play was very good. The personnel were very friendl
