We have been really disappointed with the Thai meals we have had recently but this was one of the better ones. However I would not rave about it. The papaya salad was disappointing. You would think that the main ingredient would be papaya but sadly there were only two pieces in it and for the price was truly bad value for money so I would definitely not recommend this dish. The other dishes were fine and good size portions. This restaurant is obviously popular as was busy on a Thursday evening and if I lived in the area would probably go back to. Staff were very attentive and efficient.

Totally agree with all the glowing reviews that have been written. Spent yesterday evening with friends at the Petit Coco and we had a very enjoyable time. Food, wine and service first class and excellent value for money. Will be returning if we can get in as it is growing in reputation and is very popular with its customer base so you need to book early. Would highly recommend this lovely bistro for that intimate evening or special occasion. Many thanks to all the staff for a truly superb night.

We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our wedding anniversary - it was a wonderful evening. The staff are incredibly friendly whilst the food is outstanding. Why hasn't this restaurant got a Michelin star? It deserves at least one! Just remember when you visit to book as it is not the largest of restaurants. We hope to return very soon. Just fabulous.

I could not try the sushi as I am currently pregnant and I cannot have raw fish. However, my tempura and noodle soup was amazing. My partner had a super tasty bento box. Staff was lovely. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Thank you for your very kind review and we wish you well over the coming months, From all of us at KIBOUsushi

East India Cafe was established in November 2015. We opened the restaurant with the philosophy of bringing the techniques of mum's cooking into professional setting. We started researching the era of British Raj in Colonial India and brought those recipes

We had lunch at East India Cafe over Easter and it was stunning! There's so much to love - really lovely food, generous portions, great variety of flavours and textures and a real integrity. Very friendly and efficient service. This is our third visit and the standard is consistently very high.Every course was delicious - vegetarian starters and mains as well as a duck starter and lamb curry main. The bread, chutneys and accompanying dishes were really very good.Fantastic value for money and a calm relaxing ambiance. This has got to be by far the best Indian food in cheltenham! Very highly recommended.

New restaurant and cocktail bar in Cheltenham by MasterChef finalist Koj. #NOsushi, just tasty Japanese grazing dishes. Our bar, Kampai, is also open, serving Japanese beers, cocktails, whisky, sake and shochu.

It was my sons 30th birthday and as he and my wife and I had all visited Japan recently we were keen to try some traditional Japanese food which is not Sushi. The restaurant is very close to the Everyman Theatre and therefore the town centre - when we arrived Koj showed up to the bar upstairs to have an aperitif. There is a really excellent range of Cocktails and we ordered a selection which Koj actually prepared for us. He also kindly brought us some Sake to sample, he is clearly very knowledgeable about the drink and how it is made and we were treated to an excellent and interesting short lesson where he explained the differences in the flavours and production techniques. We where then shown to our table and decided to treat the menu like a taster menu and ordered a couple of nibbles (including Crispy Shiitake, which were superb) and a good selection of Buns - I had the Crab and the Cauliflower which were excellent and I also tried the Shiitake - my son and daughter tried the Pork - which they found a little too hot and spicy!!We then ordered a selection of mains - the Fried Chicken, Beef, Cod and Chicken Curry with Noodles all went down particularly well. The desserts were simple but extremely tasty, particularly the homemade ice creams and I'd also recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding and the Jelly. The meal was served at a nice pace and whilst the dishes are not huge we all felt very replete by the end.The food is simple, tasty and different and if you want a change form the norm then this is certainly a restaurant to visit.

This high class restaurant quite rightly deserves its place as No.1 for Indian fine dinning. The quality of food and service is simply superb. If you want a budget meal Prithvi will not be for you, however if you want to experience the best in Cheltenham book your table, you will not be disappointed.

A Fairview Oasis
This is a fantastic pub that’s off the beaten track, but well worth seeking out if you want great beer, great food and great atmosphere. There is always a range of excellent guest beers on from local breweries. These often include session beers and occasionally something a little different, such as porter or mild. Food is very reasonably priced, and portions are good. Winter brings a range of stews et cetera, and summer brings out the excellent barbeque in the courtyard garden. As the pub is quite small and very popular, and can get very busy - particularly at peak times - it’s worth reserving a table, if you want food.A genuinely friendly and welcoming pub!
