Believe what you read, it is all true
What a couple, what a venue, what an experience, so unique and perfect in every way. You just have to accept the benefits of everyone sitting around one table and enjoying a memorable meal together and you too will discover bliss !Including canopies, starter, main, cheese and deserts I think we counted 15 different courses which were all very impressive, tasty and all presented in a very professional way.My only comment regarding opportunities for improvement would be on the wine list, with no real local wines and what was offered was slightly over priced. My kindest regards to the owners for the most perfect meal served in a great location.

great finesse / great food
Six hungry golfers visiting from England, staying in Mouries for one week, noticed this newly opened restaurant and tried it one weekday evening. Extremely good. The chef clearly has great skill and a fine palate. We feared that portion control would disappoint but not at all - we left replete and extremely satisfied. Add to the wonderful food a very well selected wine list, impeccable service and a very cool atmosphere. Thankyou.

With a great deal of tweaking could be good!
This local restaurant deserves support but it needs a lot of help.We visited twice in 2016 to give it a chance to settle in. It didn't .Again this year we hoped for improvement ...it hadn't .A set menu for dinner sounded promising . Ravioli of epinard, just ok,stuffed vegetables( potato, aubergine, capsicum, onion), all with the same dry minced meat stuffing and for desert figs on a very hard biscuit. All uninspiring! All pre-prepared so it shouldn't be too difficult for the kitchen to handle. The chef was serving at table with a dirty apron, off putting. It could be a charming venue, some mood lighting and perhaps some soft music would help. The chef should stay in the kitchen and concentrate on improving his cooking and presentation. The hostess is charming. The service is so slow ,it is embarrassing to watch the other bemused diners. We would like to see this restaurant succeed. This critique is meant to help . Let us hope we see an improvement next year.

Passed by many times over the years and finally took the plunge. Delightful setting watching the world go by. Delicious food, generous in quantity and tasty to boot. Super service, friendly staff, would return next year. Only downside is if you eat outside you have to run the gauntlet of smokers, but eh bien, c'est la France!

Usually hotel restaurants don't do it
This is a place for meat. The vertical BBQ produces. Long-term staff know how to present a steak. Some of us want something between rare and well done. Between saignant et à point. Ask and you'll get medium rare. Staff is good. The hosts are wonderful. Start in the fireplace check-in bar and move to the restaurant bar to place your order. All will be perfect when you arrive at your table. Enjoy.

A good restaurant
The only decent restaurant open on a Monday evening in Eyguieres, but very glad we visited .On a very warm evening it was pleasant to eat in the quiet courtyard to the restaurant and to enjoy original and flavoursome food made with local ingredients, accompanied by a lovely local rose recommended by our waiter who was very attentive and helpful. A real and pleasant surprise to have sushi made with interesting fillings like ham , goats cheese, foie gras.
