The food here was just OK,and the service was pitiful. The waitress brought our appetizers and main course at the same time, presumably because she wanted to leave early. When we inquired about dessert we were told that there wasn't any left.

An OK lunch....just OK
We’ve been to the Blue Bahia over past years, and thought we would give it a try again, as we were in the area. Our past visits were OK .... not memorable, but not bad either. This last visit rekindled our memories. Service was slow, but acceptable. The menu diverse. Our sandwiches came fully loaded, but in one the pulled pork was mediocre, in the other the fish was overtly “fishy”. Buns were nicely toasted, but far too large for our taste. Onion rings were good, but greasy. Sweet potato fries were quite good. Our side servings of cole slaw were beyond laughable...although the slaw itself was quite good, the serving size was exactly the same as what one would expect if receiving a condiment such as ketchup or mayonnaise....yes, about a rounded tablespoon. As a matter of fact, my slaw was served in the identical little cup as my tartar sauce was served in! All in all, an OK lunch representing an OK value. We may return, but we’ll let a few years pass before another visit is attempted.Thank You for your insights. I hope to see you again soon.

The food here was really good. Presentation beautifully done. As it was our first first visit we were not sure of the portion sizes, so we ended up ordering too much food. But we took the rest home to enjoy for dinner the next night. Only feedback is that the lighting is too low for us to see the menu. Many folks there also had the same problems as they pulled out the flashlight on their phones. So make sure to bring a flashlight or your phone. Thursdays is all you can eat for $25. May try that next week.

Family Night out
Been on the island for years first time to Gio’s for the king crab. Sitting out side over the water nice. The food Tops, I just did not like fighting the crab shell for the food but that is a king crab. The plate was large I had Eldon platter Lobster, Shrimp, and King crab and all the extra and this plate was less than 50.00 dollars, can not beat the price for the amount of food. Love this place. I’ll be back.

Charming Restaurant in a Stunning Setting
My wife and I were surprised and exceedingly pleased to discover this little gem of a restaurant situated within the boutique Tranquilseas dive resort located in Sandy Bay. Tranquilseas resort itself is a beautiful property which is comprised of several room levels cascading gently down to the beach from the road, with funky island architecture built around lush tropical landscaping. The setting from the third level offers perfect views overlooking Sandy Bay's beautiful beach and water. The menu is varied with many native dishes available, and the food and drinks were allextremely tasty and reasonably priced. In fact, the best endorsement we can make is that we initially visited for lunch one day, only to return three more times during our one week stay in Roatan, including a special Friday night dinner where we were joined by Roatan natives who also came to enjoy the restaurant's ambience!Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!!

Amazing. Arrive hungry!
So glad we were able to fit in a meal here during a short stay on Roatan. Some of the most delicious food we’ve eaten anywhere in the world. Some excellent vegetarian and vegan options - my tofu poke bowl was particularly incredible and my husband’s steak was beautifully cooked. We massively overreached ourselves - portions are HUGE - so thank goodness they have takeaway boxes! Save (or make) room for the desserts because they are sooo good. Nice cocktails and they’ll make you stuff off menu too. Great food, great atmosphere, make sure to treat yourself at least once. We’d have absolutely gone a second time if it wasn’t closed weekends!

Close to cruise ship dock, local food
We spent an afternoon here eating a delicious lunch, drinking cold beer and visiting with local residents. Right on the water, very friendly people. Disregard pictures of the restaurant in a green building, those must be of the old location - also now called Bertie & Miss B.'s. The restaurant is east of Town Center, within walking distance. It is hard to find but worth it. In between some of the small shops on the south side of the main street, there's a paved area (it's not really a street but is as wide as a street) that goes south to the water and closer to the water there's a small sign for the restaurant. You don't see the restaurant from the main street because the outdoor seating is on the south side of the building. We weren't on a cruise, we were staying at a resort but when you're sitting at the restaurant you're looking right at the docked cruise ship. Even if you don't eat here it's worth stopping in for a beer.
