Good value for money at the lake side
The food was cheap and delicious. We got the Made in Italy burger and the Americano burger. Their selection is pretty good, especially for Italy. Their cocktails were great and their deconstructed tiramisu was a delicious experience. The staff were friendly even though they were incredibly busy. Would recommend making a reservation if you want a table by the lake side. Otherwise, come late in the evening.

A place to discover, gastronomic Italian food and very friendly service. The Osteria is on the main Road just before the Esso station, not on the side road as your GPS will tell you. The terrasse is not on the lake side and a bit small but the food is really good. All traditional Italian with a plus ! Very good wine list as the restaurant is also a winery. We left the place after a very good meal and 6 bottles of wines we purchased.

Affordable and familial restaurant with a delightful owner who's more like a friendly aunt who looks after her customers as though they are members of her family. The food was simple and unpretentious but tasted good and freshly made. Alma, who's age I may not reveal is also a wine connoisseur who is keen to bring to your table a wine that will suit your taste and tickle your palate. My friend and I both highly recommend a visit to Alma's place and regret not having been back again the following day.

Modern, clean and spacious restaurant, which is a part of hotel Vischi. Really friendly service. We had a very reasonably priced and cold house wine. Pizzas were mixed - bases were beautifully thin and crispy but toppings varied in quality. I had pancetta, mozzarella and potato which was really nice and generous, but my husband’s 4 seasons less so. Mushrooms, olives etc all seemed tinned. Husband wasn’t impressed but my pizza was nice and service made up for it. However unimpressed with 1.5 Euro cover charge and no offering ie no bread etc ?
7. Ca de Matt

We were directed to the Osteria Mat (or Matt) by the owner of Hotel la Villa. It was in a passageway located in a 400 year old building. We sat on a rooftop terrace and it was Magical! And the food was great. I would like to review it

Competent and charming
I visited this restaurant as part of a group of eight. The building is rustic, tucked away from the seafront. Our hostess spoke English and was charming. The food was competent though some thought the fish portion was small. A little expensive but enjoyable nonetheless.

Fabulous Italian Experience
We were here for a busy Sunday lunchtime. What an experience. The dining room was full of Italian families with their children and friends eating together at long tables. It was noisy but it was good noise, that of people eating and enjoying themselves. We had one of the set menus and were happy and full by the end. I liked the beef tagliata, cooked on a hot plate at the table, best. Excellent service from the efficient, friendly waitresses.

Best diner around Comer lake!
Despite the changing trip advisor ratings of this restaurant, we decided to go there as the menu sounded very good. Since it was a rainy evening, we had a table inside. Really nice "wine cave" like atmosphere with nice decorations. The service was friendly, quick and multilingual. The antipasto mare was brilliant. I never had so softly cooked seafood! It was not chewy at all (even not the squids). Brilliant! The gnocchi I had were perfect, soft and with real mushrooms and a creamy tomato cream sauce. My husband had spaghetti carbonara, which according to him, were the best he ever had. The house wine was good and we got a free "schnapps" before we paid. The price was very fair.
