Really Good Pizza, Really Cheap Beer
My bacon pizza (more accurately, bacon and onion pizza) was outstanding. My wife was a little les enthused about her margherita pizza -- loved the sauce thought the crust was just okay (I thought the crust on mine was good). Big Chang beer was just 65 baht -- most places in Thailand charge more than that for a small Chang. Pleasant and efficient service.Since the Vietnamese place across the soi is not listed on TA, I'll mention that it's well worth a visit, too, although they have no English menu (pictures on the Thai menu help) and don't speak English.

Don't judge until you try
If the place looked as good as food taste it would be too expensive to enter. Nice size portions, friendly staff and your food is made when ordered and to preference on spices. It's a quiet outdoor ( no walls) place worth finding. No sign of the name in English as far as I could see- but found it anyway ( so it has to be easy to locate)

Orchid Restaurant recommended
At Orchid Restaurant you will have plenty of choice, with a good selection of Thai and Western food. I used to take breakfast with nice white or brown home made bread quite often and very good it was! It is liked with the guesthouse and the friendly owner kooks herself. Each time I'm in Trat I stay and eat in Jum's place.Best Western cooking in Trat.Of the Thai selection the fried noodles with vegetables and pork was delicious and also the Curries. Should you be missing your home comforts after all that traveling abroad, there are a few unusual items like Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes or Goulash soup. I had the Wiener Schnitzel one night, and a very filling plate it was too. Pizza's are crispy and tasteful.I suppose the competition keeps the restaurants honest in terms of price and this place is by no means expensive.Thank you very much for the reviewJum Orchid

Good food, good service and cheap
This restaurant/bar offers a good choice of food and drinks. The food might not look amazing but is definitely tasteful. And even if the waiters don't speak a very good English, they are really nice and attentive. Great service plus the menu is also in English. And for sport lovers, there is a TV showing games in live!

Good view of the inlet from the sea plus Seafood
Fresh local seafood direct from artisanal fishfolks daily, depends on seasonal and condition of the sea. Good ambient where you can enjoy the view of inlet canal from the mouth of the river. The place serve as a restaurant as well as homestay. It"s quiet far from center of town - takes 20 minutes drive down a 3 kilometer small alley from the main road. There is no space for parking at the restaurant itself, but the establishment provide a shuttle transportation from parking area provided 650 meters apart from the restaurant which is convenience enough. But you have to have your own transportation as there is no public one in that area plus the road is in the very low altitude area, so if it looks like raining for more than half an hour and you are driving a sedan do not bother to go there as you would have to drive through the area which have high water level on the road!!by As for the food, My friend and I would say that overall every dish was good, fresh, and have reasonable food

Doesn't seem a restaurant
They call restaurant but is more a storage place, kind of office, kindergarten, souvenirs shop... completely empty and unprepared to serve food.. I ended up here cause I was waiting the delayed Ferryboat to pick up my friends...is convenient located on the pier but apart from the this.... Avoid the place...
