Morrisville is a town located primarily in Wake County, North Carolina (a small portion extends into neighboring Durham County). The population was 18,576 at the 2010 census. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates the town's population to be 21,932 as of July 1, 2013. Morrisville is part of the Research Triangle metropolitan region. The regional name originated after the 1959 creation of the Research Triangle Park, located midway between the cities of Raleigh and Durham. The Research Triangle region encompasses the U.S. Census Bureau's Combined Statistical Area (CSA) of Raleigh-Durham-Cary. The estimated population of the Raleigh-Durham-Cary CSA was 1,565,223 as of July 1, 2006, with the Raleigh-Cary Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) portion estimated at 994,551 residents. The headquarters of multinational Lenovo are located in the municipal limits (the other headquarters of the company is located in Beijing, China).

Best Place to Wait When You're Picking Up at RDU

You park at the Observation Park, they call you when they grab their bag, you pull out of the Observation Park, head to the airline curbside and pick them up! It can't get any easier. There are restrooms at the Park.

Afternoon walk

The paved trail is in good shape and mostly shaded. The bridges are inaccessible due to construction. You are advised not to fish here. Just ok.

Our Triangle-based Table Tennis center is dedicated to promoting Table Tennis as a life-long sport for players of all ages and skill levels. We are a USATT National Center of Excellence and an ITTF Hot Spot, and we take pride in offering a large and professional facility in Morrisville, NC which meets USATT and ITTF standards for competitions and training, while also providing an attractive and safe environment for recreational players from Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, and surrounding suburbs. Our skilled coaches and range of programs, including group and private lessons, camps, tournaments, and leagues, can assist beginners in learning the sport, and also develop the skills of experienced players. We also offer fun events for private groups, open play, and a fully stocked pro shop. Additionally, we have pickleball courts available for reservation at selected hours. 3 years as this place opened - 38 tables, air conditioned environment, all facilities (break room with the fridge and microwave, bathroom with showers, water fountains, pro-shop), lots of coaches for all levels and ages, lost of player - also of all level

This is one of my favorite plazas in the triangle. It's so clean and manicured and has a great selection of shopping and dining. It's easily accessible and has plenty of parking.
