Staff attitude surprising!!

Slap n Dash

At Slap 'n Dash adults, teens and children of all ages are welcome to drop in at anytime and get creative during opening hours. Primarily Slap 'n Dash is a Paint-Your-Own ceramic studio, customers simply select a ceramic piece, choose a design and paint. We provide everything for the artistically challenged including stamps, stencils, sponges, and idea books a little coaching and a lot of encouragement. The piece of art is then glazed and fired and you return to collect the item a week later. Other crafts available to do on a drop in basis are Decopatch (covering ache items with high quality papers); Foam Clay and Make-a-Bear. These items can be taken with you on the day. We specialise in Crafty Parties/Workshops for both children and adults. As well as the above we also have Canvas Painting, Hand Building with Clay, Needle Felting and Jewellery. Our range of Personalised Gifts are growing fast. We offer hand/feet on ceramics, silver, plaster and Clay as well as bespoke paper cuts and word boards. Slap 'n Dash is a fabulous venue with stunning views overlooking the fishing lakes, with disabled access and plenty of parking. There is even a Cafe on site and Junior Fishing. It's the ideal place for friends and families to meet relax and spend some quality time. It is also ideal for group outings as we can sit up to 40 people; we have plenty of fundraising ideas and can hold workshops for children and adults alike. If you do not have the time to paint your own we also undertake commissions for Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries and special occasions. Why not commission a large themed plate that everyone signs to mark a special occasion? There is a studio fee for ceramic painting of £4 per painter plus you pay for the items you decorate. Other craft activities do not incur a studio fee, you just pay for the materials you use.
