My husband and I rented a small motorboat to explore the lake during our vacation in the area. The staff at the rental shop were polite and friendly, and the boat seemed well-maintained. I'd never gone boating before and they patiently answered all my questions about the rules of boating and how to work the boat. We then spent three hours exploring the lake, which is absolutely gorgeous. My husband even jumped out for a quick swim. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Just don't forget to bring sunblock like I did. I was burned to a crisp!

Fun for the family
We rented stand-up paddle boards for almost 2 hours. Was excellent fun and the guy was really friendly and helpful. The paddle boarding itself was really fun, can't remember exactly what other services they offer but it's clear that they dive and own kayaks.Lock belongings in your car and they look after your keys. There are reasonably spacious public toilets to get changed in afterwards, but we didn't spot any actual changing facilities (not that there definitely aren't any!)
