On the road behind (parallel to) the Cha-am beach road and near Soi South 4; there is a large sign, so it’s difficult to miss..We did not try this place for a long while because of the mixed reviews but now we can only assume the poor reviews are not truthful. Clearly lots of people agree, since it’s completely full every single night of the week. Must book at weekends or you will be disappointed.During our stay, we ate here 3 times weekly because nowhere else came close within a 20 km radius - we’ve tried most other places, at every level, since we’ve visited Cha am for 3-4 weeks annually for over a decade. Here, everything, without exception, was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality and flavour. Attention is also given to the texture of foods, a rare ability. We had the marvellous, gutsy French fish soup on every visit. Also the great salads, which were bursting with freshness - everything was, really - and which came with a great French dressing on the side so you can add as much or as little as you want. The Bolognese, even though made with wine, was not to our taste even though the beef lasagne, with a similar sauce, was excellent. The escalopes (crumbed) were also excellent but bland by comparison with other dishes this experienced French chef creates. The tomato sauce in the pasta was homemade, garlicky and marvellous and the same with the tomato base in the Margherita pizza - we ordered both regularly. Even in one slightly ‘off’ evening, the spaghetti with tomato sauce was good, although not as superb as usual. We even booked for a buffet night, which is rare for us, and everything there was both good and generously provided. There were extra tables squeezed in and about 50% more customers at these very popular buffet nights. We have one unhappiness, that smoking is permitted in this open air, partly covered over, restaurant. The lovely chef himself goes outside on the side street to smoke, and so do some of the pleasanter smokers. Unfortunately, on every one of our frequent visits we felt surrounded by killer smokers, the ones who act as if it is their right to force everyone around them to inhale second hand smoke. Ugh.Thank you very mush. I will do same thing for the smocking area.

Our thin crusty pizzas are made with fresh dough and hand rolled with a wide selection of generous toppings. The Mozzarella cheese we use is made by an Italian Cheesemaker in Hua Hin. We are the only restaurant in the area to make our own dough freshly ev

A bustling place and busy street!
After reading the positive reviews here on Trip Advisor, we decided to try Harrell’s out. We were not disappointed!Alan, there is no Harry, is a very pleasant host and both he, and the hostess, warned us that our food would be slow to arrive as the place had just filled up with a large group from the Novotel Hotel. But the wait was pleasant. The weather was not hot, the street that Harry's is on is very busy and provided an interesting experience to watch, with Harry’s being situated between a First Aid office and a Laundry and Pharmacy.Saying that Harry’s is in front of the Novotel is a bit misleading. It is about 50 down the road from a 7-11 on a narrow street. There are many, many massage shops, restaurants and bars along this street. Harry's sign is yellow, but the name is small and easy to miss. You can see the Novotel's upper floors from Harry's so it is in sight. The food being the reason to go there, we both had a pizza and shared some spring rolls. The pizza is thin crust with a nice crunch when bitten into. The cheese and toppings had a great taste. The pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza was very fresh! The spring rolls were excellent also with a nice crunch to them.Allan and the hostess were friendly and pleasant to talk with. They were busy, but did not make one feel that talking with you was an interruption. Overall a pleasant evening meal and ambiance. We plan to go back again.

I can't rate Sea and Sand high enough!
My sister and I stayed at Sea & Sand Guest House and ate at the restaurant in December 2018. I had religious and dietary restrictions which required some special requests. The owners were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Richard, the owner, even drove us to a store where I could buy my own skillet, cooking utensils and paper plates so that my food could be prepared and served without contact with the other food and ingredients in the kitchen that I couldn't eat. They cooked me delicious food that wasn't on the menu that I could eat and they also understood my need to pay for all of our meals only after we checked out. Besides the amazing and friendly owners and staff, the guest room was clean, comfortable and spacious and they provided fresh bottled water each day. We had our own balcony and it was walking distance to the beach and shops. I highly recommend Sea & Sand and won't hesitate to come back next time I'm in Thailand.

Set on a cool shady deck on the beach overlooking the club sailing activities. Freshly cooked food and ice cold drinks make this a perfect lunchtime venue. Open daily 9.30am to 7pm.

5 Star food, location and a great place to relax
5 Star food, location and a great place to relax. Its true. The food is truly excellent and you are missing a real treat, if you do not eat at the Sailing Club. The staff are very helpful but when you are sitting under the tree, with a cooling sea breeze, looking out over the sea with the sailing boats dashing here and there, it really is hard to imagine a better place to relax, even if you don't sail. It tried many of the dishes but the cashew nuts with chicken was the best I have ever tasted in Thailand. You can't ask for a better review. Thanks Paul. I'll pass on your kind words to the chef.

Nice little hotel with four rooms in the city of Phetchaburi. Rooms are cosy, spotless clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is delicious - homemade bread, hefezopf and jams, eggs, cornflakes, joghurt, fruit and lovely fresh brewed coffee. The team is so friendly and helpful. We also had dinner here. It was tasty and soooo good. Homemade pasta and pesto. If we ever come back to Phetchaburi, we'll stay at Swiss Palazzo again.

Great prices, good service, C+ food.
It did not measure up to the reviews and maybe it was just an off night but I found the food much the same as many local places but a bit less expensive. Location is difficult. Setting is slightly 'buggy' but they make efforts for their patrons with mosquito coils and such. I won't go back but I would if I was in the neighbourhood.
