Cable car to the top of the world
This was an easy way to cover a lot of ground on the Saltusio area mountains. Trails lead in multiple ways down from the lift and a halfway point gives you the option to take a smaller hike near the top to see the spectacular views. They even have stroller friendly paths near the top. They do pack you in but went without a hitch and as an enjoyable day.

Mountainbiking around Meran
Very good equipped MTB rental (Ghost). The owner, Chris Frei, is not only highly competent but also very much safety oriented. If it's rainy (like the first day we wanted to ride) they don't do guided tours. The other day we did a "nice" starter tour (1150 hight meters, 30km)...as coming from South of Sweden with zero altitude and just race-biking this year, this was a quite tuff one for me. Especially Chris handed over to Michi Tumler, a former up-hill world champion (average 1500 hm/day ...120 tours / year)...Michi is an "animal" ;) Saturday the did the famous Sella-Round which we unfortunately could not join. They have a good and wide selection of trails around Schenna. Uphill no problems, but only few easy downhills. Most in the S3 level. So...technical training next time.
